Needle Pistols
Needle pistols fire small slithers of frozen chemicals. Popular choices if ammunition include drugs or water. Any contact liquid drug can be used. Once a target has been hit it takes a round for the drug to get into their system but only if the person was damaged by the shot (ie- it went into them). Needle pistols and needlers are both virtually silent and don't have any muzzle flash when they fire making them a popular choice for assassins and hunters.

Needlers
Needler guns are the larger counterparts of needle pistols. They can fire single shot, burst mode or full auto. They fire their projectile much harder and further than a needle pistol. Even on full auto, suppressed needlers are almost silent.
