The Fastpush files are in a single zip file. Download it and expand the contents to c:\fastpush on your computer. Please do not use a path with spaces in it (otherwise it won't work <w>). You can download the fastpush zip files from the following locations:

Nick Williams sent me tweaked versions RealVNC4+. Please note that code prior to version 412 has a known exploit! Nick's code changes prevent the VNC tray icon from showing up. This is very useful if you're investigating computer abuse, but please note that monitoring staff is illegal in some countries. Check your laws before thinking about remotely monitoring anyone! You can download Nick's programs from the links below:

This gadget by Mauro Castald allows you to encode a VNC password at the command line. Encode your password and paste that into machine.ini for fastpush.

Please note VNCENC only works with RealVNC 3.3.7, TightVNC and UltraVNC. If you want to use it with RealVNC 4+, you will need to amend the registry path. Check FastPush 8.1 for a working example.
